32nd Kitchener Scouting
The Cub program (ages 8-10) is built around a lively variety of games, crafts, music, storytelling, play acting, spiritual fellowship and the outdoors. The Cub program focuses around six activity areas: The Natural World, Outdoors, Creative Expression, Healthy Living, Home and Community, and Canada and the World. Individual interests and skills are recognized through simple awards. Cubs meet Mondays from 7:00 pm – 9:00 p.m.
The Scout program (ages 11 to 14 (with option to remain until age 16) emphasizes having fun while encouraging youth to feel good about themselves, their friends and family, God, and the environment. The Scout program helps youth expand their leadership skills and gain self-confidence. Scouts meet Wednesdays at 7:00 pm to 9:00 p.m.
The Venturer program (young men and women 14 to 17 years of age) emphasizes having fun while encouraging teens to feel good about themselves, their friends and family, God, and the environment. Venturers helps teens advance their leadership skills and gain self confidence. Venturers meet every other Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

Ballroom Dancing Join us for ballroom dance lessons on Friday evenings 8:00 – 9:30pm. Whether beginner or intermediate, you’ll love this social dance time of instruction with practice. The session begins with a lesson on basics, followed by a practice session with music for the waltz, social fox, and slow fox to accommodate present and past session attendees. CGIT [girls age 11 to 17] meets Mondays from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Coffee & Conversation meets every Wednesday at 10:00 am

Fireside Voices is an SATB mixed community choir based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. It is a 100% volunteer group with a primary mission of bringing daytime concerts of favourite old songs to residents of retirement and nursing homes. The ensemble also exists for the mutual support and fulfillment of its membership.

Fireside Voices fosters an inclusive, non-auditioned environment in which all who believe in the mission of the choir and are committed to its achievement may come together to make music.

Girl Guides [girls age 9-12] meet Mondays from 6:30 pm or Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. from mid-September to June.
For fun; excitement; new challenges; new friends! To be a part of an organization that represents girls and women in over 144 countries worldwide! We camp; craft; bake; hike; learn new skills; play games; sing and so much more!

Lunch Bunch Lunch Bunch meets in the Fireside Room the last Thursday of the month, from September to April; beginning at 12:00 Noon. All are welcome. Time together includes a delicious lunch and a speaker. Cost is by donation. As there are only 36 spaces available, you are requested to make your reservation with the Church Office (519-744-3481), no later than the Friday prior to the Lunch. We would love to have you join us.

Prayer Shawl Group meets alternate Thursdays

Probus  Computer Club a special interest group of the PROBUS CLUB OF KITCHENER WATERLOO , meets at the Forest Hill Church monthly at 9:30 am on the third Thursday of each month. There are no meetings in July, August or December. Discussions include problems, tips and matters of general interest.

UCW (United Church Women) meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. (1pm during the winter months of January, February & March)

Wellness Fitness meets weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00 am
